> eskul is school management software for private schools in Bangladesh: fee dues and money receipts, GPA results and mark sheets, guardian SMS, attendance, payroll and the school's own website. In English and Bangla.

eskul (https://eskul.bd) is a web-based school management system (SaaS) for private kindergartens, primary and secondary schools in Bangladesh. Each school gets its own address, like yourschool.eskul.bd, which is both its public website and its staff login. eskul does not collect money: schools take fees as they do now (cash, their own bKash or Nagad, the bank) and staff record each payment.

- **Monthly fees**: Fee heads per class, monthly charges generated for every student, sibling and special waivers.
- **Money receipts**: A printed receipt for every payment, in Bangla or English. Mistakes are voided with a reason, never deleted.
- **Dues and collection reports**: Dues by class and month, and a daily collection report for the owner, always up to date.
- **Payroll and payslips**: Monthly salary sheets with allowances and deductions, salary payments and payslip PDFs.

- **Exams and GPA results**: Exam setup, marks entry by teachers, GPA 5.0 or your own scale, grades and positions.
- **Mark sheets and tabulation**: A whole section's mark sheets or the tabulation sheet as one PDF, Bangla printed correctly.
- **Student attendance**: Teachers mark a section from their phone in under a minute; absent alerts go to guardians.
- **Class routine**: Weekly routine for every section, with checks so no teacher is in two rooms at once.

### Students and staff
- **Students and guardians**: Import your Excel sheet, link siblings to one guardian, keep photos private.
- **Promotion to next session**: Move a whole class to the next session with new rolls, keeping every year's history.
- **Student ID cards**: Print ID cards with photos for a whole section, on A4 sheets or CR80 cards.

### What is eskul?

### Which schools is eskul for?

No. You keep taking fees the way you do now: cash, your own bKash or Nagad, or the bank. Staff record each payment in eskul, which keeps dues, receipts and reports right.

### How much does eskul cost?

### Does it follow the Bangladesh GPA 5.0 grading?
Yes. GPA 5.0 grading is the default, and a school can set its own scale. eskul works out totals, GPA, grades and positions and prints mark sheets and tabulation sheets.

### Can we use it in Bangla?
Yes. Every screen switches between English and Bangla, and SMS to guardians go in Bangla by default.

### Everything is in Excel today. Do we start from zero?
No. We import your student lists and opening dues from Excel and check them with you before you go live.

### Do we need new computers or an app?
No. eskul runs in the browser on the computers and phones you already have. Teachers take attendance and enter marks on their phones. A mobile app for teachers and guardians is planned.

### Who can see our data?
Only your own staff, each with the access their role allows. Every school's data is kept separate and backed up daily, and every change to fee data is logged.

### What if the internet is slow?
Screens are light and made for mobile data. Receipts and reports open as PDFs you can print or share.
