FAQ
Questions schools ask
Does eskul collect fees from guardians?
No. You keep taking fees the way you do now: cash, your own bKash or Nagad, or the bank. Staff record each payment in eskul, which keeps dues, receipts and reports right.
Can we use it in Bangla?
Yes. Every screen switches between English and Bangla, and SMS to guardians go in Bangla by default.
Everything is in Excel today. Do we start from zero?
No. We import your student lists and opening dues from Excel and check them with you before you go live.
Do we need new computers?
No. eskul runs in the browser on the computers and phones you already have. Teachers take attendance and enter marks on their phones.
Who can see our data?
Only your own staff, each with the access their role allows. Every school's data is kept separate and backed up daily, and every change to fee data is logged.
What if the internet is slow?
Screens are light and made for mobile data. Receipts and reports open as PDFs you can print or share.
